NASA has data from space-based platforms offering broad perspectives of fog from orbit. Our datasets and tools help users find and integrate the data they need to accurately measure fog extent and the conditions leading to its development.
Delivery of Suomi National Polar-orbiting Partnership (Suomi NPP) satellite data products will cease on November 1, 2026. Data users should transition now to alternative products from NOAA-21 and NOAA-20.
