The XUV Photometer System (XPS) is one of four solar irradiance measurement experiments that was launched in January 2003 as part of the Solar Radiation and Climate Experiment (SORCE). XPS measures the solar X-ray ultraviolet (XUV) irradiance.
Delivery of Suomi National Polar-orbiting Partnership (Suomi NPP) satellite data products will cease on November 1, 2026. Data users should transition now to alternative products from NOAA-21 and NOAA-20.
