Description

The GPM Ground Validation Tipping Buckets University of Connecticut (UCONN) dataset consists of rain rate data collected using Met One Model 380D precipitation gauges during the three consecutive winter seasons at the University of Connecticut's main campus. The dataset contains 2 products: formatted gauge tips (GAG) and interpolated one-minute rain rates for a year (GMIN). Data files in this dataset are available in ASCII format from December 20, 2022 to October 28, 2024.
