NASA's Physical Oceanography Distributed Active Archive Center (PO.DAAC) hosted a Surface Water and Ocean Topography (SWOT) Data Access Workshop on February 13, 2024, in Honolulu, Hawaii, in partnership with science guest speakers. As part of the American Geophysical Union's Chapman Conference, 36 participants attended the half-day workshop, titled "Remote Sensing of the Water Cycle," which included practical information on SWOT hydrology data products and data access, hands-on Jupyter Notebook tutorial demos in the cloud (provided via NASA Openscapes 2i2c cloud hub), a science workflow example (also in the cloud), and several opportunities for participants to interact with each other, ask questions, and provide SWOT data tools and access feedback.
