This dataset was collected during the Denman Marine Voyage (DMV) aboard the RSV Nuyina (March–May 2025), targeting the Denman Glacier, Shackleton ice shelf, and Shackleton polynya in East Antarctica, as part of a project funded through an Australian Research Council Discovery Project (DP230101368) and an Antarctic Science Ltd. International Antarctic Bursary. The project aims to expand PACE OCI validation data collection in East Antarctic waters. To this end, surface HPLC samples were collected from the ship's underway line during PACE satellite overpasses and subsequently analysed at CSIRO's marine laboratory in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.
