Description
The JRC Bio-Optical mapping of Marine optical Properties (BiOMaP) pr quality and climate change applications. The most recent achievement included a comprehensive assessment of the Copernicus Sentinel-3 marine data products. Through strategic collaborations with European Member States, which entail the sharing of ship time with National Institutions, BiOMaP has generated spatially distributed bio-optical and water quality measurements across the major European seas.
