On Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET there will be planned maintenance downtime of some servers at NASA's Atmospheric Science Data Center (ASDC). The DMZ database servers will be unavailable during that time.
The following DMZ MySQL and PostgreSQL database servers will receive security and database updates, and will be rebooted:
- mysql-dmz.larc.nasa.gov
- mysql-uat.prov.asdcdmz.net
- pgsql-dmz.larc.nasa.gov
- pgsql-uat.prov.asdcdmz.net
- imsdb.prov.asdcdmz.net (IMS-API UAT)
- ims-api-db.prov.asdcdmz.net (IMS-API Production)
Existing processes will be disconnected from their databases. Publicly available websites and services that use these servers may experience interruptions.
